Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, keep you signed in, and understand how the product is used.
Signing in sets session cookies, named sb- followed by an ID, that keep you signed in to the application and the client portal. They cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.
Our public website uses Google Analytics 4, which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID to count visits and see which pages are read. It runs on the public website only, not in the application or the client portal.
The public website also uses our own visit counter, and the application uses PostHog (hosted in the EU) to record which pages staff open. Neither sets cookies.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the platform.
