Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SWC CRM, operated by SWC Group. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for the conduct of users you invite to your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use SWC CRM lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into SWC CRM. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and cycle you select. Fees are invoiced in the agreed currency and are due as stated on your invoice. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan; we prorate changes and adjust your billing cycle accordingly.

6. Third-party services

SWC CRM integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar and payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Intellectual property

SWC CRM, including its software, design, and content, is owned by SWC Group and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.

8. Service availability

We work to keep SWC CRM available and reliable, and offer service levels on applicable plans. We may perform maintenance or update features, and will aim to minimize disruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWC CRM is provided "as is", and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

You may stop using SWC CRM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
