Changelog
What changed in Clauseloop, newest first, in the words you would use about it. How each feature works today is in the help centre.
October 2026
Billing
Invoices that work end to end, as GST tax invoices
Invoices are calculated by one engine everywhere: discount before tax, CGST and SGST or IGST by state, and zero-rated exports for clients abroad. The PDF is a GST tax invoice, Send to Client really emails it, the client page bills each project by what is left, and payments can be recorded on the invoice.
Projects and audits
Start a gap analysis from a built-in checklist
The Gap Analysis panel offers clause checklists for 12 frameworks, each with the requirement and the evidence to expect, as an alternative to uploading your own. The project page also shows Contract Value in the client’s currency.
Billing
Money totals are kept per currency
The invoices page and the client portal dashboard show a total for each currency instead of adding currencies together, and “Paid this month” counts payments made this month.
Sales
Each web lead shows how it found you
A lead from your website records the page the visit began on, the referring site, the search engine and any campaign tags, shown on the lead under “How they found us”.
Across the app
Scheduled jobs run on Indian time
Daily jobs such as the invoice status update now run and reason in Indian Standard Time, a job still running is never started twice, and the Run buttons under Settings → Automation start a job straight away.
Billing
Invoices open again, and reminders name the client
Opening an invoice no longer says “Invoice not found”, payment follow-ups name the client and contact again, and scheduling an audit emails the client again.
Projects and audits
New Invoice and New Project save again
Both forms had begun refusing to save with “Validation failed”. Each now saves, and an automated journey through both runs on every change.
Across the app
Calendar events can be linked to any project
Add Event lists every project, not only the newest 20, and names each project’s client.
Clients and portal
The portal sign-in page carries your brand
Clients see your logo, name, accent colour and tagline on the page where they sign in.
Sales
Proposals can be created for qualified leads
Creating a proposal for a lead failed for every lead. It now works for leads at Prospective, Proposal Sent and Pipeline.
Across the app
Reminders and follow-up tasks can be created again
Creating a reminder, or a task from Follow-ups, had never worked from the app. Both save now.
Across the app
Every page a role can open is in its sidebar
Sales Pipeline, Client Portal Access, Finance Engine, Reminders and the Email Center gained sidebar links, each page has a real title, and the sidebar marks where you are.
Across the app
Every save says when it fails
Saving, deleting or changing a status shows an error when it does not go through, and keeps what you typed.
Across the app
The app meets WCAG 2.2 AA
Text is readable in both themes, every control has a name, and everything works from the keyboard.
Billing
Cancelled invoices take no payments
A payment can no longer be recorded against a cancelled invoice.

Across the app
Dark mode, and the app on tablets and phones
Dark mode covers the whole app and the client portal and follows your computer’s setting. Every screen fits a tablet or phone without scrolling sideways.
Clients and portal
Start a conversation with a client
Client Messages has a New message button. Admins can write to any client, and consultants to the clients of projects they staff.
Across the app
Screens say when their data did not load
A list that fails to load says so, with a retry, instead of showing an empty list or zero totals.
Across the app
List pages show every row and load faster
Lists no longer stop at the first 100 or 1,000 rows, and they load in parallel.
Security
Each role reaches only its own data
The database itself now limits each role to the records it works with, and privileged actions are written to an append-only audit trail.
Security
Deactivated staff lose access at once
Deactivating a user ends their access straight away, and payment gateway secrets never leave the server.
Sales
Demo requests are worked from CRM Leads
Demos booked on your website are scheduled inside the app and listed under Sales → CRM Leads, with calendar invites attached to the confirmation emails.
Projects and audits
Generate the Internal Audit Report from the checklist
The report is drafted from the project’s checklist in five steps, issued as a numbered PDF, published to the client’s portal, and emailed only when you click Send.
Clients and portal
Every client and project is listed
The client and project lists show every record, not the first 20.
Clients and portal
Sell a second certification to an existing client
The client page has a New Project button: pick a certification, a currency and a price, and the project is created without a new lead.
Sales
Deals show in the currency they were agreed in
A lead’s deal value keeps its own currency instead of being shown in rupees.

Analytics
City and state for the certifications people land on
Website Analytics shows which cities and states your visitors come from for each certification page, and the Search Console sync runs on a schedule.
Analytics
An ads planner, and searches tagged by certification
Every search query is tagged with the certification it is about, automated traffic is separated from people, and the Ads Planner suggests where advertising earns its keep and where better pages would do instead.
Projects and audits
Preview evidence without downloading it
Evidence files open in place on the project page, with a download beside them.
