Your certification portal: a guide for clients
Your consultant runs your certification in their own portal and has given you access. Sign in with your email address and the one-time link you receive. In the portal you answer your checklist, upload documents, follow your project, read your invoices and message your consultant.
How to sign in
- Open the sign-in link from your welcome email, or your consultant’s portal address.
- Enter your email address. A one-time sign-in link is emailed to you.
- Open the link to sign in. You need no password.
How to answer your checklist
- Open Projects and select your project.
- For each clause, choose Yes — I have evidence and attach your evidence, No — I don't have evidence right now, Not Applicable — tell us why, or I have a doubt to ask your consultant.
- A clause your consultant is reviewing is locked. Accepted clauses show as compliant.
