Getting started with SWC CRM: set up your first ISO project
To set up your first ISO certification project in SWC CRM, create the client, start a project for its ISO standard, invite the client to their portal, and request the first documents. Most teams are running in under 15 minutes.
What do I need before I start?
You need an SWC CRM account and the client’s basic details — company name, contact email, and the ISO standard they are certifying to, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 27001. Everything else is configured inside the platform.
How to set up your first project
- Add the client under Clients with their company name and contact.
- Start a project and choose the ISO standard (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and more).
- Enable client portal access and send the branded invite.
- Open the project and request the first documents from the client.
- Track progress as the client uploads evidence and you review it.
